By creating an account, accepting an invitation, or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.\n\n## Authorized use\n\nYou may use KNOCKLAUNCH only for your own authorized business activities and only within the permissions granted to your account and workspace. You are responsible for activity performed through your credentials and must not share credentials or bypass access controls.\n\n## Confidential platform information\n\nNonpublic KNOCKLAUNCH information made available through an account, demonstration, support interaction, documentation, export, screenshot, integration, or other authorized access is confidential when a reasonable person would understand that it is not intended for public distribution. Confidential platform information includes nonpublic workflows, prompts, automation rules, scoring or intelligence methods, schemas, API behavior, configuration, orchestration, tenant-provisioning logic, implementation details, private documentation, and other nonpublic technical or operational material.\n\nYou may use confidential platform information only as necessary to use KNOCKLAUNCH for its intended purpose. You may not disclose it to an unauthorized person or service.\n\n## AI systems and competitive replication\n\nYou may not provide confidential platform information to ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, another generative-AI system, an autonomous agent, a software-development service, or another third party for the purpose of discovering, reconstructing, reproducing, cloning, emulating, benchmarking for competitive replication, or developing a competing implementation of KNOCKLAUNCH or a confidential KNOCKLAUNCH capability.\n\nYou may not use KNOCKLAUNCH access, screenshots, recordings, exports, documentation, prompts, configuration, code, APIs, schemas, feature logic, or other confidential implementation material to train or fine-tune a model or to instruct an AI or agent to recreate a confidential implementation.\n\nThis restriction does not claim ownership of general ideas, lawful independently developed technology, or information that is legitimately public. It protects KNOCKLAUNCH confidential information and the permitted use of access to the Platform.\n\n## Reverse engineering and extraction\n\nExcept to the extent a restriction is prohibited by applicable law, you may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, probe, systematically inspect, scrape, crawl, enumerate, copy, extract, or otherwise attempt to derive nonpublic source code, prompts, schemas, algorithms, architecture, security controls, or implementation details from the Platform.\n\nYou may not use automated tools to capture substantial portions of authenticated KNOCKLAUNCH interfaces, data, responses, or documentation except through an expressly authorized KNOCKLAUNCH feature or integration.\n\n## Competitive analysis\n\nAccess to KNOCKLAUNCH is provided to use the Platform, not to create a substitute for it. You may not access or use confidential platform information primarily to evaluate how to reproduce a nonpublic KNOCKLAUNCH implementation or to assist another person in doing so.\n\n## Customer content\n\nYou retain rights you otherwise have in information and materials that you or your organization provide to KNOCKLAUNCH. Your access to customer content does not grant rights in KNOCKLAUNCH software, confidential implementation material, branding, or platform technology.\n\n## Platform rights\n\nKNOCKLAUNCH and its licensors retain their respective rights in the Platform, including software, original interface materials, documentation, branding, and confidential implementation material. Nothing in these Terms represents that a patent, trademark registration, or copyright registration exists where one has not been obtained.\n\n## Security and abuse\n\nYou may not circumvent authentication, authorization, tenant isolation, rate limits, technical restrictions, or security measures; interfere with Platform operation; attempt unauthorized access; introduce malicious code; or use another person's account without authorization.\n\n## Suspension or termination\n\nAccess may be suspended or terminated when reasonably necessary to protect customers, confidential information, security, Platform integrity, or to address a material violation of these Terms. Where appropriate, KNOCKLAUNCH may preserve relevant access and audit records relating to suspected misuse.\n\n## Changes\n\nThese Terms may be updated from time to time. A new effective date or version may be published when they change. Payment card data may be processed directly by the applicable payment provider rather than stored by KNOCKLAUNCH.\n- **Usage, device, log, and security data**, such as browser or device information, IP address, timestamps, feature usage, error logs, security events, and diagnostic information.\n- **Cookies and local storage data** used for authentication, preferences, security, session continuity, and application functionality.\n\n## How we use information\n\nWe use information to:\n\n- provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Platform;\n- authenticate users and enforce workspace and tenant permissions;\n- provide features, automations, integrations, and customer-requested workflows;\n- store, display, organize, transmit, or process business data at the direction of authorized users;\n- provide support, troubleshoot problems, and maintain reliability;\n- protect users, tenants, KNOCKLAUNCH, and third parties against fraud, misuse, unauthorized access, abuse, and security threats;\n- send operational or service-related communications;\n- comply with applicable legal obligations and enforce our agreements.\n\nWe do not sell personal information. We do not use connected Google user data for advertising.\n\n## Google user data and Google API Services\n\nIf you connect a Google account or Google Workspace service, KNOCKLAUNCH accesses Google user data only after you authorize the requested permissions.\n\nKNOCKLAUNCH uses Google user data only to provide or improve the user-facing features you request, such as connecting approved Google Workspace services, accessing authorized files or folders, sending or managing authorized communications, or supporting other explicitly connected workflows.\n\nKNOCKLAUNCH's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the **Google API Services User Data Policy**, including its Limited Use requirements.\n\nIn particular:\n\n- Google user data is not sold.\n- Google user data is not used for personalized advertising.\n- Google user data is not transferred to third parties except as necessary to provide or improve the requested feature, comply with applicable law, protect against security threats or abuse, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or similar transaction subject to appropriate protections.\n- Human access to Google user data is limited to situations where you have given affirmative permission, where it is necessary for security or abuse investigation, where required by law, or where the data has been aggregated and de-identified for internal operational purposes.\n- Access is limited to the permissions and scopes required for the connected feature.\n\nYou can revoke KNOCKLAUNCH's access to your Google account through your Google account security settings. Disconnecting a Google integration may stop related KNOCKLAUNCH features from functioning.\n\n## How we share information\n\nWe may share information with service providers and infrastructure partners that help us operate the Platform, such as hosting, database, storage, authentication, communications, monitoring, payment, and integration providers. These providers receive information only as necessary to perform services for KNOCKLAUNCH and are subject to applicable contractual or legal obligations.\n\nWe may also disclose information:\n\n- at your direction or with your consent;\n- to authorized members of your organization or workspace according to their permissions;\n- to comply with law, regulation, legal process, or lawful government request;\n- to protect rights, safety, property, security, or the integrity of the Platform;\n- in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction.\n\n## Tenant and customer data\n\nBusiness customers generally control the information entered into their KNOCKLAUNCH workspaces. KNOCKLAUNCH processes that information to provide the Platform and according to the customer's authorized instructions and configured permissions.\n\nIf your information was submitted to KNOCKLAUNCH by one of our business customers, you may need to contact that business directly for requests concerning their records.\n\n## Data retention and deletion\n\nWe retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Platform, maintain security and business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.\n\nRetention periods vary depending on the type of information, how it is used, tenant settings, connected providers, and applicable legal requirements.\n\nWhen an account, workspace, integration, or record is deleted or disconnected, information may remain for a limited period in backups, logs, legal records, or security systems before being removed according to our retention processes.\n\n## Security\n\nWe use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Platform. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
